This Program’s community partner, Klimt Consulting, is offering one-on-one technical assistance in English and Spanish to help applicants:

  • Interpret eligibility requirements.
  • Navigate the application process.
  • Gather required documents.
  • Submit the application successfully.

Technical assistance will be available in-person and virtually.

Important Reminders About the Application Process

  • Applications are ONLY accepted through the online application portal at www.lacountyrelieffund.com/apply.
  • You do NOT need to visit a Disaster Recovery Center to apply.
  • The application deadline is March 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. PT – applications must be fully submitted by this time.
  • After the deadline, technical assistance will only be available to existing applicants who have submitted their application by the deadline.

To receive virtual technical assistance from our partner, you must schedule an appointment.

Technical Assistance Locations and Hours

The Altadena and UCLA Disaster Assistance Centers are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m..

At the locations below, DCBA staff will be on-site throughout the day to provide workshop-style assistance and general guidance to applicants. Klimt Consulting will also be available during the designated hours below to provide one-on-one support to applicants who require additional assistance. Please note, the one-on-one support provided at the centers below is only available to applicants who have already submitted their application by the deadline.
